About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager with at least 1 year of experience in an ad agency or a related industry who will serve as the key point of contact for day-to-day management as well as development, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns for current and new Clients. The role requires a solid foundation of industry knowledge and familiarity with the nature of the work.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong partnerships and understanding their business objectives
• Coordinate and collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of client work
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and recommend new strategies or solutions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency
• Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market trends
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for helping clients achieve their business objective
