Php 50,000 to Php 70,000 per month

About the Role - The position will be under the GBS Portfolio handling financial transactions particularly Accounts Payables and Account Receivables.

Responsibilities

• Payment processing
• Payroll
• Cash apps
• Banking
• Store Inventory
• Supervise and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports including aging schedules and bank reconciliations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong knowledge in AP and AR processes and accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good command in English (verbal and written)
