Role Scope Summary 

The Bank Reconciliation Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of the company’s bank accounts. This role involves verifying and reconciling financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues between the company’s financial records and bank statements. The officer will work closely with the finance team to maintain the integrity of financial data, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support financial reporting.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reconciling daily bank accounts for multiple currencies and multiple entities
• Will be working on with Bank Reconciliations team and payment providers
• Accurate data entry and managing a high volume of transactions daily 
• Ensuring integrity of financial data by performing reconciliations of third-party payment provider accounts against existing database.
• Investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies and expediting issues as required.
• Reconciling client money daily including client funds excess analysis 
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures including Regulatory reporting requirements 
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated working knowledge in SAP systems.
• Capable of handling high level of pressure while continuing to perform duties accurately
• Able to adapt to a changing environment
• Opportunities to get involved in system improvements and project work.
• Great eye for detail.
