Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, customer service, or student support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment and Outreach
- Actively participate in outreach initiatives, including school fairs, community events, open houses, and campus tours, to attract prospective students.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate information about the college’s programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid, and campus life.
- Maintain and expand relationships with high schools, organizations, and other sources of potential students.
- Admissions Processing
- Review, process, and manage all incoming applications in compliance with college policies and requirements.
- Evaluate applicants' credentials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents, and manage follow-up communications to secure missing information.
- Coordinate with relevant academic departments to assess applicants for specific programs, scholarships, and other special admissions considerations.
- Student Guidance and Support
- Provide personalized support and guidance to applicants and their families throughout the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct interviews and assessment sessions, when required, to better understand applicants’ motivations, academic interests, and alignment with the college’s programs.
- Guide admitted students through the post-admission steps, including enrollment confirmation, tuition deposits, orientation schedules, and any special requirements.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain an organized record of applicant data in the admissions system and ensure accuracy in all communications and admissions data entry.
- Generate reports on admissions metrics, including application volume, acceptance rates, and conversion rates, for review by the Admissions Director and other stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing admissions data to improve recruitment strategies, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and student services departments to align admissions efforts with the college’s overall goals and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest admissions trends, policies, and best practices in higher education, particularly in the Philippines.
- Support special projects as assigned by the Admissions Director to enhance the admissions experience and streamline processes.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
