Role Description:

This role is expected to perform the following tasks:

• Responsible for the effective monitoring and review of operational performance of assigned branches in adherence to policies and basic controls.
• Reinforces operation controls and risk mitigants to achieve passing Internal/External and Compliance Audits.
• Ensures standardize processes across all branches under areas without oversight on delivery of quality service.
• Will lead the branches to achieve sales targets and cost efficient initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Branch Banking in a managerial level and at least three years’ experience in branch operations
