Area Manager (Cagayan Valley) is responsible for the following:

Coaching & Analysis

• Coach store management on variance analysis and planning.
• Conduct retail trade area scanning and prepare tactical plans.
• Conduct competitor studies and report to Operations Director.
• Communicate insights to Trade Marketing for local marketing plans.
• Monitor execution of local store marketing programs.
• Lead product mix management and monitor new product launches.
• Provide feedback and recommend solutions for new product issues.

Quality Management

• Oversee FSC, GSC, and NPS target achievement.
• Audit and rate stores for food, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure timely execution of new products.
• Conduct customer needs and complaint trend analysis.
• Plan and approve process improvements.
• Provide guidance on FSC standards and program implementation.

Profitability Management

• Oversee NOI target achievement.
• Conduct FCPC gap analysis and coach RMs.
• Monitor cost structures and develop plans to address variances.
• Conduct cost-control audits and action planning.
• Recommend store renovations and CAPEX asset management.
• Renegotiate lease contracts as needed.

People Management & Development

• Set expectations and conduct employee selection and assessment.
• Coach RMs on competency development and prepare succession plans.
• Ensure high team morale and oversee employee discipline processes.

Franchise Relations

• Develop relationships with MDs, GMs, and Franchisees.
• Collaborate on renovation schedules and compliance with standards.
• Act as a business consultant for FSC, sales, profit, and people.

Store Network Development

• Provide trade area analysis for network expansion.
• Validate trade area assumptions and provide sales forecasts.
• Participate in construction-related meetings and oversee pre-opening activities.
• Monitor PNL of new stores and renovations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business-related course.
• At least 6 years store operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Willing to be assigned and do field work on areas such as Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya.
