As the company’s Branch Head, you are responsible for:

• Supervise employees and oversee daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support business growth.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities to optimize performance.
• Hire, train, supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to branch finances.

To be a Branch Head, you must be:

• Graduate of Business Management major in Operations
• Has previous experience in branch operations management within a manufacturing and servicing environment.
• Has strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Willing to be assigned in DAVAO CITY.
