Job Overview:

Business Process Analyst is responsible for streamlining and managing data from multiple sources to build a robust data infrastructure and developing an integrated reporting ecosystem with business tools and dashboards to support the Business Development team. This role involves coordinating activities across various internal and external teams,

ensuring effective communication of progress, issues, and risks. Additionally, the analyst will enforce 100% test coverage for our products and services, manage change processes, and contribute to improving the development team.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

A. Streamline and manage our data from multiple sources to build a robust data infrastructure.

B. Develop an integrated reporting ecosystem with business tools and dashboards to meet the analytics needs of the Business Development team.

C. Coordinates all activities from various internal and external teams and is the central point for communication of progress, issues, and risk control.

D. Change management activities ensure all achievements related to the business processes under your responsibility are properly achieved (analysis, scope definition, functional design delivery, testing, and closure).

E. Enforce 100% test coverage for our products and services.

F. Contribute to the improvement of the development team.

G. Supporting Transport, Warehouse, and Inventory management.

H. Process mapping improvement
