As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure project goals are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
