Job Description

• Provide expert guidance on pet nutrition and product recommendations via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of consumer inquiries and complaints while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, corporate affairs, digital, and quality assurance) to enhance the overall consumer experience.
• Analyze consumer insights and trends to drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and brand reputation.
• Support crisis management efforts by handling consumer concerns and contributing to brand protection initiatives.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in customer service, consumer care, or a related field, preferably within the animal health, pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive a consumer-centric approach.
