Requirements:

• Completed at least 2 years in college

• SHS Graduates are also welcome to apply

• At least 6 months of BPO experience (knowledge in basic troubleshooting)

• Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

• Amendable working on graveyard schedule

• Amendable to work on site in Gilmore, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical and product-related assistance to customers.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with AI camera setup, installation, connectivity issues, and software functionality.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on AI camera features, troubleshooting guides, and frequently asked questions to provide accurate support.

• Account Management: Address customer queries related to account settings, orders, returns, and warranty claims.

• Upsell & Cross-sell: Recommend additional products or services based on customer needs, increasing overall sales opportunities.

• Customer Education: Guide users on maximizing AI camera features, setting preferences, and resolving technical issues through step-by-step instructions.

• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of products and services.

• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to specialized teams or higher-tier support.

• Multitasking: Handle a combination of customer service and technical inquiries simultaneously, maintaining high-quality service.
