We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a recruiting company and are looking for someone that will help us pre-screen applicants for multiple companies. This is a full time entry level position with opportunity for growth and full paid training. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interview scheduling
• Managing calls, email and text campaigns
• Sourcing of resumes, job posting ads and screening for assigned positions
• Conduct pre-screening phone interviews with potential candidates
• Act as a point of contact between applicants and companies
• Other duties as assigned

• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Laptop or desktop 
• Internet access and headphones with microphone
• Ability to work overnight
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
