DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and consolidates project pictures and daily sales report regularly from team leaders and account management associates in order to provide timely and accurate project presentation & reports for clients.
• Generates capacity forecast, monthly demo days reconciliation with client service associate and finance, sales report based on scheduler, POS data & planning report in order to analyze data and customize reports based on request from clients and other departments.
• Analyzing and generating data for every business report
• Do the outline of the specific data needs for each business method for the analysis of project for every departmental manager
• Create and prioritized the list of needed in every business segment
• Present a recommendation about the new ways to save the money by streamlining of the business process
• Create models to depict trends in the customer base and the consumer populations as a whole

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Management or any related 4 year course
• Experience in Retail Field Force operations
• Experience in Operation Management
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office esp. in Excel basic to Advance level.
• Formulas commonly used countifs sumifs indexmatch vlookup and must know how to Pivot and Conditional formatting.
• Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan Libis, Quezon City/BGC, Taguig
