Location : BGC - Manila

• Hybrid Setup: On-site twice per week (flexible, with special arrangements if needed)
• For managers: On-site reporting for one full week every quarter
• Mid-shift: 3 PM - 12 AM or 4 PM - 1 AM

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates from the financial industry are not preferred; they should come from a tech company with strong database experience.
• Seeking candidates with senior leadership experience in data engineering.
• Open to strong candidates transitioning into leadership roles, provided they meet the technical expertise requirements.
• Hands-on role focused on technical execution and mentoring junior team members.

Technical Skills Required

• SQL, AWS, and Redshift are essential
• Python: Nice-to-have but not required
