Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for conducting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will develop financial models, perform detailed financial analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions. The role involves collaborating with various departments to gather necessary data, analyze financial performance, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required
  • A Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst is required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in senior-level business partnering and financial analysis, with a proven track record of success and career progression
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage client, vendor, and service contracts
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and oversight to team members, guiding them in their regular duties and responsibilities
