We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance & Accounting Specialist to

join our growing team in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for managing key finance

and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations across

multiple entities (Australia, Philippines, and India).

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Xero, payroll processing, customer

billing, and credit control, with the ability to manage audits, reconciliations, and general

bookkeeping tasks.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Bookkeeping

 Maintain and update financial records in Xero for Australia, Philippines, and India.

 Perform general bookkeeping tasks, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.

 Reconcile credit card transactions and general accounts to maintain financial integrity.

 Manage software capitalization processes and reporting.

Payroll & Payments

 Run payroll processing for four countries (Australia, Philippines, India, and one other).

 Upload payroll payment files and process third-party and FX transactions for

approval.

Billing & Credit Control

 Handle customer billing and credit control, ensuring timely payments and account

management.

 Calculate and process Partner Referral Program payments.

Audit & Compliance

 Oversee and manage audits in India and the Philippines, ensuring compliance with

financial regulations.

 Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.

 Strong proficiency in Xero and payroll processing.

 Experience handling multi-country payroll and finance operations.

 Knowledge of credit control, billing, and reconciliations.

 Familiarity with audits and financial compliance (India &Philippines experience is a

plus).

 High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

 Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.


Preferred Qualifications

 CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).

 Prior experience in a global or multi-entity finance role.

 Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
