Position: Bahasa-Melayu Human Resource Support (Laguna)

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000

Work Schedule: Dayshift (Open for shifting)

Work Set up: Hybrid work set-up (3 days onsite, 2 days’ work from home)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to HR Related inquiry of company employees in Bahasa Melayu
• Provide employment related information needed
• Ensure accurate Employee data on the system
• Update company rules, systems & policies
• Process new hires onboarding, compensation and benefits, resignation, and other documentations

Requirements:

• Can speak, read, and write Bahasa Melayu
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in HR, Customer service or shared services company
• Willing to work in Laguna
