Role:

• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Develop and maintain employee benefit programs
• Counsel and advise employees on performance and career development
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration
• Implement training and development programs for employees and managers
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve retention
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of BSBA major in Human Resource Management/BS Psychology/College of Law/ Industrial Engineering
2. Atleast 3-5 years work experience in HR Department
3. Willing to be trained in all facets of Human Resource
