Will assist the Data Protection Officer in implementing the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Department and its attached agencies, including conducting Privacy Impact Assessments.

Will draft decisions and resolutions; therefore, writing skills should be top-notch.

Will draft letters and memoranda.

Will assist the Director in drafting Department Orders and other related policies.

Will perform other tasks as instructed by the Director.
