What You’ll Do:

? Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for project proposals

? Assist the Procurement Team in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting materials.

? Ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials that align with project needs.

? Work closely with business development and project teams to finalize proposals and optimize specifications.

? Stay updated on industry trends, material innovations, and cost fluctuations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Licensed Materials Engineer (Level I or II) or Civil Engineering graduate (fresh grads welcome!

)✔️ Knowledge of BOQ/BOM preparation, procurement, or cost estimation (experience is a plus

!)✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or construction estimation software is an advant
