The work:

AWS Developer

Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform.

The role involves working with various AWS services, optimizing cloud solutions, and ensuring security, scalability and performance.

AWS Cloud Development & Implementation

Design, develop and deploy cloud based applications using AWS services.

Write and optimize serverless applications using AWS Lambda.

Develop and manage microservices and containerized applications using Docker and Amazon ECS/EKS

Implement even-driven architecture using Amazon SQS, SNS and Eventbridge.

API Development & Integration

Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda

Implement secure authentication and authorization using AWS IAM, Cognito and Secrets Manager

Integrate AWS services with third-party applications and external APIs.

Amazon Connect Developer

Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

The role involves integrating with other AWS services and third-party applications and/or CRM tools to create a seamless costumer experience.

Amazon Connect Development & Configuration

Configuring and customizing Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing profiles

Developing lambda functions to extend Amazon Connect capabilities

Implementing Speech Synthesis Markup language for IVR interactions

Design and build chatbots using Amazon Lex

Integration & API Development

Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Kinesis, etc)

Develop RESTful APIs to connect Amazon Connect with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc)

Voice & Chat Automation

Develop AI-driven voice assistances and chatbots using Amazon Lex and Polly

Here’s what you’ll need:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.

At least 2-3 years of experience in AWS Cloud technologies, with focus on Amazon Connect

Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Lamdba, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Kinesis, API Management

Proficiency in Programming languages like Python, Node.JS or Java
