Purpose of Role:

Service Management
As part of the Service Management team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality service and driving operational excellence through Service Transformation, Service Transition, Service Desk, User Experience/Center of Excellence, and Digital Workplace services to Inchcape's clients. With a focus on user experience, knowledge management, and continuous service improvement, together we’ll strive for first-contact resolution and maintain consistency through our tools and processes.
