Role Description

This is a contract role for a Node JS Developer. The Node JS Developer will work on front-end and back-end web development tasks, focusing on building robust software applications. The role requires a combination of on-site and remote work, with the primary location being Mandaluyong. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining web applications using Node JS, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Develop and implement software programs using Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Qualifications

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Node.js (minimum 3 years)

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
