URGENT HIRING!!! (Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify experience required)


Employment Type: Full-time with Philippine Employment Benefits, Health Care, Social Security Contribution, Paid Leave, 13-Month, etc.

Work Setup: Hybrid

  • Training & Onboarding: 2 weeks onsite
  • Post-Training: 1 day onsite per week

Must-Have: US eCommerce Experience


Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Manager to oversee the sourcing of materials, supplier negotiations, and inventory management. This role will be critical in ensuring efficient procurement, minimizing stockouts, and maintaining strong cost controls. The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain management, cost forecasting, and inventory optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effective procurement, and timely deliveries.
  • Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize procurement costs and enhance profitability.
  • Inventory Forecasting & Demand Planning: Analyze sales trends and demand forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Procurement Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Implement procurement best practices and automation tools to streamline purchasing and inventory workflows.
  • Risk Assessment & Supplier Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate supplier performance, ensuring reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance with service level agreements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with finance, logistics, and warehouse teams to align procurement with operational needs.


Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong background in vendor negotiation, cost control, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in inventory forecasting, demand planning, and procurement software (ERP, SAP, NetSuite, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, or FMCG procurement.
  • Familiarity with import/export processes and supply chain logistics.
  • Background in warehouse inventory planning and optimization.
