المتطلبات

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Professional Services, Public Speaking, and Written Communication, with knowledge of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide legal advice, assist with cease and desist orders, and engage in litigation support.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional client meetings and court appearances.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities are essential.
