Country Product Manager - Ocean, will be part of our Ocean freight Team, taking the lead in the sea freight product development while collaborating closely with the product and commercial teams at both local and regional levels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sea freight product by actively seeking solutions for spot opportunities and negotiating allotments. Co-designing the carrier portfolio in accordance with global carrier policy and developing business relationships with airlines and GSAs. 
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing allotments to drive continuous optimization.
• Work in close coordination with the regional and global tender teams, contributing to national, regional, and global sea freight tenders. This involves creating business cases, assessing risks and investments in alignment with the global product growth strategy, and supporting the implementation of won business in collaboration with the gateway team and local/regional offices.
• Track market developments and analyze market rates and trends while supporting the commercial team and acting as network support for inquiries from our global network.
