Job Description:

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support the Innovation Division in planning, tracking, and executing division projects and deliverables
  • Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with lead product management associates in coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and other relevant information.
  • Develop presentations and reports related to the progress of the projects handled.

Risk & Compliance Support

  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • In partnership with the lead product management associate, ensure project activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Support product management associates in documentation efforts.

Process Improvement & Efficiency

  • Assist in optimizing workflows and project management best practices.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvements within project execution.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive innovation.

Qualification

  • A graduate of a relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in office, product management, and project management tools
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Background in insurance and technology industry is a plus
