An experienced Communications Senior Manager will oversee and maintain all channels such as internal communication channels, the company intranet, employee portals, and internal messaging platforms, and etc. The role is huge in stakeholder management, crafting engagements and activities that will enhance organization and its branding. He/She will contribute to the planning, designing and implementations of internal engagements and communication programs for the all PH sites.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop interactive and informative content for various communication channels like newsletters, intranet updates, executive messaging, town halls, emails, and social media posts
  • Maintain and oversee all communication channels, including the company intranet, employee portals, and internal messaging platforms, ensuring smooth information flow
  • Collaborate with senior executives to craft key messages and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging across leadership communication
  • Create and design comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with business objectives such as organizational updates, internal jop openings, engagement activities, business continuity messaging and etc.
  • Design an execute effective activities to foster employee engagement and encourage open communication through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and employee recognition programs
  • Liaise and work closely with key stakeholders such as HR, operations, and other departments to align communications with overall business goals and initiatives
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns, using data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Actively participate in project plans and implementation involving branding initiatives and/or process improvement matters

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate of Mass Communication, Marketing or any related course.
  • More than 5 years experience in employee engagement, internal communications or branding
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven proficiency in utilizing various communication platforms and tools to achieve objectives
  • Advance in formal business writing, editing and oral communication skills to craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet targets/deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles and employee engagement strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Exercise resourcefulness and creativity to address any matters relating to a certain task/project
  • BPO experience is a must
