Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Test Engineer with expertise in API testing, data migration testing, and system integration testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and have a solid understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies. A strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP S/4 HANA Testing:

-Conduct comprehensive testing on SAP S/4 HANA modules to validate system functionality, configurations, and integrations.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP functionalities align with business requirements.

• API Testing:

-Execute API testing using Postman to verify endpoints, data accuracy, and integration performance.

-Design and develop API test cases to validate end-to-end transactions and data flow across systems.

• Data Migration Testing:

-Lead data migration testing efforts, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness during migration activities.

-Develop and execute test cases for pre- and post-migration validation.

• System Integration Testing (SIT):

-Conduct system integration testing, focusing on data flows and process integration between SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise applications.

-Identify and resolve integration issues, coordinating with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

• Documentation and Reporting:

-Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for SAP, API, and data migration testing.

-Document and communicate test results, defects, and insights effectively to stakeholders.

-Create comprehensive test summary reports and track progress using test management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Certification is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in testing principles and practices.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA in testing and integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of Postman for API testing and experience with data migration strategies.
• Expertise in System Integration Testing and defect management processes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA testing, including configuration and integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Solid understanding of data migration testing processes.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
