This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Recruiter located in Calamba. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus
