As a General Virtual Assistant(Sales), you'll make outbound cold calls to uncover exciting leads and set up valuable appointments. You'll be a pro at qualifying potential clients, keeping our CRM systems up-to-date, and following up through calls, emails, and more. Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative lead-generation strategies.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Utilize various channels to generate appointments for the sales team.
• Engage in B2B lead generation via phone.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
• Perform general cold-calling to businesses
