Job Description

As a Salesperson for an interior decors company, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive securing new clients, and representing the company in the sales process. Your role will be essential in expanding our reach within Metro Manila and the Philippines, and contributing to the company’s overall sales and revenue targets.

 Requirements :

 

• College level or graduate of any 4-year college course
• Has experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation.
• Proven ability to generate leads, open new accounts, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. 
• Demonstrated success in quoting and closing sales. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish relationships and effectively present solutions. 
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Willingness to travel around Metro Manila for client meetings and site visits. 
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales (business-to-business) and lead generation. Familiarity with interior design projects, furnishing contracts, and the home improvement industry.
• Knowledge of interior decor trends and an understanding of basic interior design concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
