  • Lead end-to-end product management efforts from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap, develop business cases, and conduct market and competitive analysis.
  • Identify customer needs, synthesize insights through data analysis, and translate findings into product requirements and user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog, drive agile ceremonies, and facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Develop metrics/KPIs to track product success and evaluate performance against goals; implement strategies to optimize outcomes.

المتطلبات

  • At least two degrees in related field of study
  • Three or more years of experience in Product Management roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products to market
  • Expertise in market research, user testing, and data analysis
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing
  • Experience with product roadmapping and product lifecycle management
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
