Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for an SEO Manager to join the team.

As an SEO Manager, your primary responsibility is to enhance our clients’ organic search performance using proven white-hat strategies.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Conduct keyword research to improve search traffic.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for better rankings.
• Perform audits and create optimization plans.
• Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Work with agencies to implement SEO fixes.
• Recommend content strategies for SEO growth.
• Monitor website performance with dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams for global search visibility.
• Educate stakeholders on SEO trends and insights.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance SEO performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
• Experience managing a team or leading SEO projects
• Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic growth
• Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
• Experience in managing SEO projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz)
• Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Knowledge of website optimization, mobile SEO, and Core Web Vitals
• Ability to create and optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content
• Understanding of content marketing and its role in SEO
• Knowledge of user intent and search behavior
• Ability to analyze SEO data and make strategic recommendations
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate SEO strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Below is the step-by-step process:

• Exam Submission:
• After receiving your application, an HR representative will email you the exam.
• Initial Interview:
• Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission.
• Departmental Interview (Second Interview):
• If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer.
• Final Interview:
• The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
