The Search Engine Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining successful paid search, display, programmatic, and search engine optimization campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong analytic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results in search engine marketing. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing this position is part of a dynamic, energetic, and creative marketing team that supports job candidate lead generation for our group of companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain search engine optimization strategy, analyze performance metrics & keywords, configure conversion metrics, and monitor site traffic.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and provide project outlines & instructions for content writers, web developers, and designers involved in SEO projects.
• Build and maintain effective marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and Programmatic Advertising channels.
• Maintain Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and other data sources to provide data for reporting, and produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct regular A/B testing to identify the most successful ad copy, landing pages, and display artwork to maximize conversions.
• Analyze keyword costs, budgets, and conversion data to make informed adjustments to ad copy, landing pages, and display artwork with the goal of maximizing ROI.
• Conduct competitor research and stay on top of digital marketing trends.

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of search engine marketing experience (Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Experience using spreadsheets and pivot tables to analyze and manipulate data.
• Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, SpyFu, Moz, BrightEdge, Conductor, Search Console or similar tool stacks.
• Extensive analytical, creative thinking, and problem solving skills.
• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Must be willing to work during US time zone
