Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading a team, applying your expertise in technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects and clients. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead the team in software development tasks
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience in leading software development projects
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in Java EE
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition
• This position is based at our Manila office
