Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve targets through training and continuous support.

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers, drive store traffic, and increase profitability.

• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Ensure the team complies with operational, visual merchandising, and brand standards.

• Prepare comprehensive sales reports based on key retail performance metrics (KPIs).

• Handle store administrative duties, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining financial records.

• Analyze top-selling products, sell-through data, and other merchandise-related factors.

• Oversee inventory management and ensure proper security of store stock.

Store Manager Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in fashion retail.

• Strong leadership abilities and effective customer relations management.

• Customer-oriented with a thorough understanding of business management principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
