Education

Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related course

Work Experience/Requirements

• At least 2 years related work experience
• Preferably with SQL experience
• Adaptive to changing work hour demands

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform the day-to-day operations of managing and maintaining the entire IT systems and services configuration items.
• Manage the end-to-end product delivery by leveraging on configuration service capabilities to achieved time to market objective.
• Ensure that the design, deployment and overall performance of all IT system and service configuration items are effective and adhere to IT standards and best practices
• Assess standard products and service request demands ensuring all requirements and required documents are complete and correct for implementation.
• Prepare and endorses all received requests to all implementing IT teams, 3rdparty vendors/ Managed Services and monitors implementation within the agreed SLA.
• Work closely with IT & Managed Service Operations in investigation of all configuration related concerns, issue resolution, improve service delivery timelines and compliance monitoring.
• Work closely with the Business Partnering team to understand the demands, help with prioritization and scheduling, and drive the engagement with the vendor.
