DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Technical Lead is responsible for driving the adoption of this technology in the channel across ASEAN supporting sales engagement from our regional and local sales team.

This individual will also drive the upskilling of our Pre and Post Sales team on this technology through curated learning modules. This role will also work closely with Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access & Prisma Cloud team and support them for existing strategic customer engagement.

You will also play a role of trusted advisor to the Regional Business Manager in identifying improvement opportunities and expected to build strong relationship with the Vendor regional and local teams in the technical teams and with selection of strategic partners.

This role will report to Regional Business Manager

As the Technical Lead you will:

• Provide an active support to the RBM in channel engagement by driving conversations with the technical community of our partners to accelerate adoption of Prisma Access & Cloud.
• Be the “go-to” person for Prisma Access & Cloud. Influence and coach internal technical teams to ensure they are working closely with Product management teams and technical certifications are up to date.
• Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape to Strategic partners & Customers.
• Work hand in hand with Palo Alto Networks regional Prisma Access & Cloud technical teams, identifying new areas where Exclusive Networks can provide value and influence this motion to local teams to echo the same motion.
• Drive the high-level architectural discussions regarding the work that the local team is doing - lead design meetings and tech breakdowns determine technical requirements and solutions for Strategic customer accounts.
• Manage, maintain and improve Exclusive Networks’ Palo Alto Centre of Excellence.
• Track and guide internal teams to ensure POC (Proof Of Concept) match the customer’s enterprise requirements.
• Provide active support during RFP/RFI/Proposals preparation for strategic large opportunities, solution architecting and design, training, project management, guidance and planning. Lead and support customer demonstrations that display our unique value proposition
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Technical Lead :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Technical role (Pre-sales/Sales engineering )
• Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD Solutions.
• Hands-on experience using IaC software tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, GCP Cloud Deployment Manager etc) and CI/CD tools (IDEs, GitLab, GitHuB, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform configuration and administration of security features and services (including identity and access management, networking, firewalls, encryption)
• Understanding of container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• Advanced knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies
• Exceptional attitude, pro-active, problem solver and strong communicator
• Integrity and approachability
• This role is based in the Philippines or Malaysia and traveling is required to support the Regional Business Manager.
