About the Role

We are seeking a Test Manager with Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to lead test planning, execution, and validation for a key IAM implementation. Experience with SailPoint is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing IAM frameworks, managing test strategies, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure security compliance and seamless user access.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for IAM implementations across enterprise environments
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for IAM solutions
• Ensure full Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) coverage and compliance
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and security teams to validate IAM policies
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring security and compliance best practices
• Conduct integration, functional, and security testing for IAM platforms
• Drive test execution in an Agile environment

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) testing
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint is desirable
• Strong automation and manual testing experience for IAM platforms
• Familiarity with IAM security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
