Role Description

The Supervisor - Training & OD is responsible for overseeing the effective planning, execution, and evaluation of training and organizational development (OD) initiatives. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality programs and interventions that support employee development, performance, and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Training program development and implementation skills
• Assessment of training needs and evaluation of training effectiveness
• Organizational development expertise
• Collaboration with department heads
• Creative Thinking and the ability to translate those into actionable items
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the tourism or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Training, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or any related field
