We're looking for an Administrative Staff who wants to work with a progressive team and community of professionals and other startup companies. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with several documents. They should be excellent at processing and storing files, and have good communications skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receptionist Duties
• Encoding
• Physical filing and organization
• Electronic filing and organization
• Bank errands
• Coordination with team members
• Assist with inventory control

Qualifications:

• No work experience required
• Highly organized
• With basic knowledge of the ff: MS Office, MS Excel and Google Drive
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• At least 40 wpm typing speed
• Php 12,000 – 14,500.00 monthly salary
