Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Associate to ensure the school adheres to alllegal and regulatory requirements related to licensing and permits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing applications, renewals, and compliance processes to support smooth school operations and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Research

  • Stay up to date with local, state, and federal licensing and permit regulations affecting educational institutions.
  • Research and ensure compliance with evolving policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.

License & Permit Management

  • Prepare, submit, and track applications for new licenses and permits, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all licenses and permits, including expiration dates and renewal requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the school and regulatory agencies, coordinating inspections and responding to inquiries.

Compliance Monitoring & Internal Audits

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Assist in developing school policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve compliance-related issues efficiently and proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or administrative roles (preferably in the education sector).
  • Strong understanding of licensing and regulatory requirements for schools or educational institutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Must be amenable to work within Mother Ignacia, Quezon City.
