Job Description

The Regional Marketing Director will develop and design forward-thinking regional marketing strategies that align with the global brand vision while capitalizing on market-specific opportunities. This role will be responsible for creating strategic frameworks, marketing playbooks, and go-to-market models to drive long-term brand growth and competitive differentiation. A key focus will be leading portfolio strategy, including whitespace identification, innovation roadmaps, and category expansion initiatives, ensuring the brand stays ahead of evolving consumer trends.

The role will shape the future of brand positioning and consumer engagement by leveraging deep insights, market analytics, and emerging industry trends. The Regional Marketing Director will partner with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Trade, Insights, and Innovation-to influence broader business strategy and market priorities. Additionally, they will drive thought leadership in digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand equity and business performance.

As a leader, the Regional Marketing Director will cultivate and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, innovation, and excellence. They will also oversee P&L ownership for marketing investments, ensuring that resource allocation aligns with long-term strategic priorities and delivers strong ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in FMCG, with a strong background in brand management and commercial marketing.
  • Proven track record in leading regional or multi-market marketing strategies with tangible business impact.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights, category development, and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
  • Highly strategic, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
