Role Description

This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for an Account Executive. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, generating sales leads, and providing excellent customer service. The Account Officer will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in account management and customer service
• Knowledge of logistics and supply-chain management is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Google Suite and logistics software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
