What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and manage client systems using advanced tools and technologies.
• Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer servers, networks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Implement and maintain IT security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver top-tier IT solutions and customer service.
• Drive IT projects, from system upgrades to migrations, ensuring flawless execution.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, cybersecurity best practices, and ITIL processes.
• Certifications like ITIL v4, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or Azure Administrator (AZ-104) are a plus.
• A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
