Responsible for developing consumer insights and understanding that will drive marketing mix
Responsible for strategy development including size of price analysis, core target identification, source of growth
Responsible for developing the marketing mix, ensuring this answers relevant consumer opportunities/pain points as well as ensuring quality alignment across the marketing Ps
Driving execution with the help of the cross-functional team
Measuring and monitoring performance
Leading teams and training talent
Putting together the total Fin Lit strategy for GCash

Qualifications

5+ years experience in the end-to-end management of brands
Experience in FMCG is a plus
Experience managing teams is a plus
