Position: Social Media Manager (Instagram & Facebook)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila / Remote Option Available

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our

Instagram and Facebook presence. You will be responsible for content creation, campaign strategy,

and customer acquisition through targeted digital marketing efforts. Your goal is to grow

engagement, increase brand visibility, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement engaging content strategies for Instagram and Facebook.

- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to attract and convert customers.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize content performance.

Content Creation & Management

- Create high-quality graphics, videos, and captions tailored to IG & FB audiences.

- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers for fresh content.

Community Engagement & Growth

- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.

- Develop strategies to grow followers and engagement rates organically.

- Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for partnerships.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

- Analyze campaign performance using IG & FB Insights, Meta Business Suite, and Google

Analytics.

- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing for content, ads, and audience targeting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in managing Instagram & Facebook for business growth.

- Strong background in content creation (graphics, videos, captions).

- Experience in Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager).- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and viral marketing trends.

- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.

- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps is a plus.

- Strong communication and copywriting skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
