Overview:

Responsible for consolidating, structuring, and formatting training materials, policies, and procedures. Works with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure clear, user-friendly, and compliant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Transform SME-provided content into structured training materials, policies, and procedures.

  • Create clear and engaging SOPs, work instructions, and compliance manuals.

  • Ensure consistency in language, formatting, and terminology.

Training Material Creation

  • Develop training guides, presentations, and instructional content.

  • Adapt materials for different audiences and learning styles.

  • Assist in creating e-learning modules and video scripts.

Policy & Procedure Standardization

  • Organize policies into a structured, accessible format.

  • Ensure compliance with company branding and regulatory requirements.

  • Regularly update documents to reflect process changes.

Collaboration & Review

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, refine, and review content.

  • Facilitate document reviews and incorporate feedback.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience in module creation.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.

  • Must be willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig following a morning shift schedule.
