About the role



We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team at DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in Silang Cavite. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including pickers, packers and operators
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely delivery
• Implement and monitor warehouse procedures and policies to maintain high standards of safety and productivity
• Liaise with customers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
• Analyse warehouse performance data and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the Techno sector, manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, in addition to English
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be open and willing to be assigned to the warehouse location in Silang, Cavite.
